Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).


All content (including images and text) on this website are the property of Piper & I and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.

product availability

All items are generally in stock – accept were an order is custom made to your specifications.

We have some stock available however if you require yours urgently please contact us. Some orders can take 3 – 4 weeks.


Within Australia: Free shipping within Australia excluding the Snuggle Hunny Kids range – flat rate $10.

Shipping outside Australia: We now ship to Canada, UK, USA, New Zealand and Philippines. Shipping costs will be calculated at cart.

For shipping costs outside these countries please Contact us for freight charges. We will issue you with a Paypal Invoice and notify you of the shipping costs.



Faulty/damaged item – we will exchange any items that are damaged or faulty. A full refund will only be granted where a replacement of the same item is not in-stock. Piper & I will incur any merchant fees and shipping fees back to our HQ. A shipping label will be emailed to you to affix to the parcel.

The item will be inspected on arrival to us and you will be notified of the next steps. Refer below for specifics on international orders.

Change of mind purchases – we will happily exchange, refund or provide a store credit as long as our conditions of returns are met. Please refer to charges below on any returns to Piper & I (excluding items being returned due to being faulty or damaged).

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items or custom orders.

Where exchanging for a higher cost item – a PayPal invoice will be issued for the difference (minus any merchant fees and initial postage costs incurred) and the item will be dispatched on receipt of payment.

Merchant Fees/Postage Costs – for items returned due to a change of mind, Piper & I will refund you the purchase amount minus any merchant fees we may have incurred as a result of the purchase and initial shipping costs (those being $11 per cushion or rug or the shipping cost presented at checkout whichever is applicable).

For transparency we are more than happy to provide you with information on what merchants charge for each transaction.

Important notes:

  1. Refunds will be granted at the price paid at checkout.
  2. Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can’t be modified, cancelled or returned. Custom products are considered to be those that are not already listed on the website.
  3. Afterpay may still require you to make payments while your return is being processed by our system. Please see Afterpay terms and conditions here.
  4. International orders are final and no returns or refunds are accepted accept where an item is faulty. All items sent international are photographed before sending and thoroughly checked prior to shippping.


Conditions of return:

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase (21 days for International customers). Any items returned after 14 days of purchase (21 days for International customers) will not be accepted unless prior notice or terms have been agreed upon.
  2. Items must be in original condition and unwashed.
  3. We understand that sometimes it is difficult to keep original wrapping intact, however all items must be sent back with protective wrapping to avoid damage in transit
  4. For change of mind purchases customers are responsible for postage costs and merchant fees for items returned to Piper & I. Those costs are listed above.

sales pricing

We will provide a one-time price adjustment in circumstances where a purchase is made and the price is now advertised lower than the purchase price. This price adjustment will only be made within 7 days of initial purchase.  Email us.

nature of handmade

Our handmade items are sometimes perfectly imperfect and not considered a design fault.

Pom Poms can become loose on the cushions and rugs and are easily tied back on. These items can have between 20-30 pom poms and any pom poms that come off or become loose are not considered a design fault – its just inevitable and will happen with use.

Crocheted cotton is fluid, which is why they are so scrumptious however it can mean that sizes may vary slightly to those listed under the product descriptions. Size and colour variations are not considered a design fault.
